2. Payment and Fees:

   • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Project Timeline:

   • Project timelines will be communicated upon agreement.

   • Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

4. Revisions and Edits:

   • The number of revisions included in the service package will be outlined in the project agreement.

   • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property:

   • Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final designs.

   • JK Corp Design may showcase completed work for promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality:

   • Client information and project details will be kept confidential.

7. Termination of Services:

   • JK Corp Design reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the terms outlined in this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability:

   • JK Corp Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms:

   • JK Corp Design may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
